• In recent years we have acted on several transactions on sales/purchases of development land worth in excess of £500,000.00
• We act on a variety of commercial LEASE transactions – largely of high street premises, shops, offices, restaurants and workshops/industrial units for both landlords and tenants
• We always provide a full written advice to tenants on Commercial Leases
• We also deal with sales of businesses usually connected with assignment of leases or sales of premises including in recent years, restaurants, hotels, shops, garages, factory premises and a riding stables
• Latterly we have been instructed by a national Church denomination to do conveyancing work on their behalf involving sales/acquisitions of premises, leases etc
