- We deal with a wide range of residential conveyancing work, both freehold and leasehold properties from freehold properties worth more than £400,000.00 to first time buyer flats
- These are our fees for a sale or purchase of a freehold house valued between:
- Under £100,000.00 (£425.00+VAT)
- £100,000.00-£149,999.00 (£450.00+VAT)
£150,000.00-£199,999.00 (£475.00+VAT)
£200,000.00-£299,999.00 (£500.00+VAT)
£300,000.00-£399,999.00 (£525.00+VAT)
£400,000.00-£499,999.00 (£550.00+VAT) - We charge £60+VAT more than the freehold fees for leasehold transactions (usually flats) because of the considerably extra work involved
- We undertake remortgage, mortgage transactions and equity release mortgages
- We do family transfers of property into joint names, gift transactions within families and transfers on marriage/partnership breakdown and following death to beneficiaries
- We act for a number of small house builders and buy-to-let investors
N.B. On purchases we always provide a written report on the title to the property the contract and the results of our enquiries and searches. On purchase and remortgage transactions, we write a letter explaining the mortgage requirements. We will go through the report/letter in detail when we meet with you to report on the property and/or mortgage.
